Simply choose a target of 7 Days Cycling Challenge distance in April with full energy and dust the distance you choose it!

“Save “Green World” for someone who cares to protect it". This event is specially organized for encouraging Cycling activity to create a Pollution-free green environment and a healthy life.

Virtual Event Details-

Virtual Event Name – 7 Days Cycling Challenge

Venue & Activity Time – It’s a Virtual Event and each day activity time is from 4:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Event Date – From 18th April 2022 to 24th April 2022

Last date and time of registration – 18th April 2022 before 09 AM

Ride Distance Category – 70 Kms | 140 Kms | 210 Kms | 280 Kms | 350 Kms

Virtual Event Description-

1. CITYWOOFER Bookings – Once you register for the event at https://www.citywoofer.com/e/7-days-cycling-challenge, you will get a confirmation message or booking id on your registered email-id.
2. No Minimum mandatory days of activity, Do as per your comfort and choice.
3. Participant has to complete any selected category for 7 days and finish the level at their best.
4. If the participant completed his selected category distance then, he’ll be auto eligible for the next higher distance category. If the participant is not able to cover the next category. Then, we calculate his total distance and fix it in the suitable “RIDE DISTANCE CATEGORY”.
5. Consecutively try to complete the distance selected by you, if fail to complete the selected distance shall complete the distance on the next day or on the alternative days and fulfil the total distance fixed before the event end date.
6. Please ensure that you are cycling the distance chosen by you.
7. We consider indoor cycling activities as a part of this event.
8. Since the event is in a flexible time type, it can be fulfilled at any time during the above-mentioned virtual event details. However, the event attempted at times apart from the time window of the event will not be considered for evaluation.
9. Back to Pedals has the right to reject you, if found any fake activity or discrepancy in activity data.
10. At the end of the event date and time as mentioned, Data shall be verified and official results will be published thereafter. The actual distance covered will be mentioned in the certificates.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Attendee or Participant must read all Frequently Asked Questions. 
3. Please be noted – HELMET is mandated for all cyclist and water for hydration are COMPULSORY on every RIDE/RUN/WALK.
4. Make sure you shall not violate any government rules & regulations. You need to follow all the rules of the local authority regarding the lockdown and need to maintain social distancing during the event. Avoid group rides, public gatherings and crowded areas.
5. Participants must finish their activity before the timeline mentioned in the Virtual Event details.
6. In case, Participant filled in incomplete or incorrect information at the time of registration, the organizer will not be held accountable for any delay or non-receiving in delivery of parcel/courier etc...
7. BACK TO PEDALS is not responsible for any incident during the event.
8. There will be no flag off or inauguration takes place before the event.
9. Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
10. All participants will receive E-Certificates with their covered distance and time.
11. Medal or Acrylic Medal ticketed participants will receive their Medal or Acrylic Medal at any distance completion level of this event.

13. Waiver Statement: I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated cycling/running/walking event. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.

1. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. In case of any dispute, the final decision will be taken by the organizer.
3. The organizer and its associates take no responsibility for any participant throughout the event.

1. Who can join the event? -Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Where we can Ride/Run? - You can choose to ride/run anywhere on any route you prefer.
3. Shall I get a refund or transfer my ticket to any other? – No, Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
4. What If I’ll incomplete my distance selected by me? – E-Certificate and E-Badge will be issued with a completed distance. Medal or Acrylic Medal ticketed participants will receive their Medal or Acrylic Medal at any distance completion level of this event.
5. When can we get the Acrylic Medal /Medal /Mini Acrylic Badge? – Within 10-40 days post-event by postal/parcel services.
6. How can I track my parcel? - Acrylic Medal /Medal /Mini Acrylic Badge achievers will be communicated with postal reference numbers to track the parcel.
7. How to get E-Certificate? - You can download E-certificate from your Google link within 3-7 days of the event and also we share the Google link to download your E-certificates.
8. Which applications Ride/Run to use? - You can use any apps like Strava, Google Fit, Garmin Run-keeper, Nike Running or whichever you are using.
9. How to submit Activity? - Submit your Activity on WhatsApp/email given below i.e. +91 9944810101/backtopedals@gmail.com.
10. Are there any delivery charges for the courier in India? – No, there are no delivery charges inside India.
11. By what time shall I complete my Ride/Run? - Participants must finish their activity before the timeline mentioned in the Virtual Event details. Participants must finish their activity before 9 PM.
12. Is there any messaging group for this virtual event? – No, Not only for this event. Usually, we don’t create any WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, hangout, telegram, SMS or any other messenger applications to communicate in group/broadcast messages.
