Timings: 10 AM – 5 PM

Nearest metro station : CYBERCITY, the expo is just a hop across !
To collect your bibs show a soft copy of confirmation mail at the Bib counter
If you cannot collect your bib in person, you may send a representative to collect on your behalf along with a written authorization and copy of confirmation mail.
BIBS AND RACE KITS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED ON RACE DAY.
It is a rewarding experience to visit the Expo and check out the route map, start and finish venue and meet pacers and fellow runners. Pre Run camaraderie means a richer race experience that is memorable. You also get to meet our wonderful partners at the Expo
Visually impaired from NAB INDIA CENTRE FOR BLIND WOMEN, Hauz Khas will put up a Stall at the Expo. These girls have trained to Bake and create handicrafts, despite having no vision. PLEASE do spare your time to meet and encourage them at the expo. Their hand made small items will be available for sale and you can show your support by taking back a souvenir from their stall at the expo.
16 of them have been training to participate in the race on Feb 5.
OUR BOX OF KINDNESS ‘SEWA BOX’ will be available near the KHALSA AID stall, for you to drop in New or gently used shoes, running gear or clothes that can be donated to young adults supported by Super Sikh Foundation.In case you are donating shies, tie the laces together and staple a small note for the unknown person who will receive your gift. Little acts of kindness can touch lives in remarkable ways.
Sunday, Feb 5, 2023 - RACE DAY SCHEDULE
START / FINISH VENUE: Cyberhub surface parking outside Building 10
TIMINGS : Venue gate will open at 5:00 AM
Half Marathon Start Timings: 6.20 AM onwards (one loop)
10 KM Start Timing: 6.45 AM onwards
5 KM MAN KAUR MEMORIAL RUN Start Timing: 7.00 AM onwards
Assembly time is 45 Minutes Before each START TIMINGS
Runners need to LINE UP at the START GATE 15 minutes prior to their Race Flag Off Time mentioned above
ISIC ( Indian Spinal Injuries Centre) our medical partner will ensure adequate Medical Support, with Doctors, Physiotherapist, Ambulances, available to assist any injury or medical discomfort.
Please save the medical emergency contact number 7011956408 to report any mishap on the race course, God forbid.
CUT OF TIMINGS OF TIMED RUNS IS AS FOLLOWING:
HALF MARATHON - 3 Hours
10 KM - 2 Hours
5 KM - 1.30 Hours
You will be guided by route markers and volunteers through the. Some of the most vibrant Running Group Teams will cheer you along your way ! The new and bigger ATHELIN store will fall on the track of the Half Marathoners ! Share a high Five with the Athelin team who will be cheering you along.
To ensure your timing is recorded, you MUST cross ALL timing mats on the route. The Timing Certificate (Soft Copy) will be provided for runners who have completed their run within the cut off time.
GUN TIME will be used for OPEN CATEGORY winners in Half Marathon.
For AGE CATEGORY winners CHIP TIME will be considered.
The coveted HERO ELECTRIC OPTIMA HIGH SPEED SCOOTER worth INR 75,000 is the prize for HALF MARATHON OPEN CATEGORY WINNERS - MALE AND FEMALE.
All applicable taxes, insurance and other levies on Hero Electric Optima shall be borne by the respective winners. Scooter cannot be exchanged for cash.
In order to qualify for prize, do not exchange your bibs, the entire race is video graphed and this may lead to disqualification
OTHER INFORMATION
• There will be HYDRATION STOPS every KM on route
• Fully equipped ambulances will be stationed on the route
• TOILETS are available at the venue and on the route
• There will be a BAGGAGE COUNTER at the venue to keep your belongings. However, we are not responsible any loss and for this we recommend not having anything valuable or fragile in your bag including keys and mobile phones
PARKING:-
Parking facilities on Feb 5 will be available at the DLF parking at BELVEDRE METRO STATION.

Please head towards Belvedere Tower Metro Station.
Please drive DEAD SLOW when you are nearing the metro station as a very sharp blind turn is the point to TURN RIGHT into the Parking area.
You have to TURN RIGHT, BEFORE you hit the metro station.
Parking is Free for all !
For visiting the Expo on Feb 4 we recommend you take the metro to reach the venue or use paid parking facility at Cyberhub.
We encourage you to reach the venue in a carpool or walk it if you live in the vicinity of Cyberhub
PHOTOGRAPHY :
There will be 6 Photographers on route and in the holding area. Please make sure you spot a photographer and get your best shot.

Finishers Medals will be available near the Finish Line and hope you will enjoy the
Wholesome breakfast and hydration.
PRIZES
OPEN category winners in all 3 race categories will be announced and felicitated on race day at 9.30 AM.
No other prizes will be awarded on Race Day. Age category winners will be sent a winners medal & a token of appreciation by courier within 8 weeks of the run, after completing age and identity verifications.

Hero Electric One Race SuperSikh Run is a Sewa inspired professionally managed Half Marathon event which has had Six successful editions in Delhi in 2022, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016. Due to the Pandemic, the 2020 edition was held virtually and was a great success. It is today the most prestigious cause led Half Marathon run in New Delhi. This has been achieved due to the support and guidance that the event receives from the administration, patrons and participants alike.
In the last 2 challenging years, more than ever we have all realised the importance of staying fit, mentally & physically. Running is a perfect mix of finding our mental peace and physical high. For those who discover the joy of running, it becomes a SUPER POWER.

As we start running outdoors again we all need to be responsible and ensure all Covid 19 Protocols are being followed for the larger good. Do mask up indoors and in crowded environments. Get fully vaccinated as it is mandatory for all 18+ participants to be fully vaccinated and you must upload your vaccination certificate while registration.
The 7th edition of Hero Electric One Race SuperSikh Run is being held on 5th February 2023 in Gurugram and the Festival of Humanity|BIB Expo will be held on 4th February 2023.

This ticket is to celebrate the spirit of Super Hero in each one of us, select distance of your choice and go out and run. You can submit your run any time between 4th and 7th February 2023 and you can download your E-Certificate after successfully submitting your run. This is an All Inclusive Ticket which entitles you to -Race Day T-Shirt and Finisher Medal & includes cost of shipping. The T-Shirt and Medal will be shipped to you within week to 10 days of completion of your run and submission of data.
VIRTUAL - 7TH HERO ELECTRIC ONE RACE SuperSikh Run (E-CERTIFICATE ONLY):-
This ticket is to celebrate the spirit of Super Hero in each one us from wherever we are, select your distance of choice and go out and run. You can submit your run anytime between 4th to 7th February 2023 and you can download your E-Certificate post submission of your run. You can choose to buy Race Day Tee and or Medal as an Add-On. If you opt for add-on T-Shirt and or Medal, the same will be shipped to you within week to 10 days of completion of your run and submission of data.

Terms and conditions
By registering and participating in the above mentioned event, you acknowledge and accept that:
1. You possess the necessary skill set, endurance and fitness levels for participating in the event.
2. You do not suffer/ have suffered from any medical condition that necessitates that you should not or
ought not to participate at such an event.
3. Road Running has inherent risk of bodily injury whether internal or external (viz extreme dehydration,
stroke due to exertions or extreme case of allergy) which may be grievous, resulting in partial or total
disability and even death. You, personally assume all the liability/ies arising out of any injury, damage or
loss from your participation and shall not hold the organizers/ administrators of (Event Organiser) liable
for such injury, loss or damage.
4. All medical and/ or rescue operations shall be pro-bono and on best efforts basis. Race participants
have been explained the inherent risks of participation.
5. Neither the organizers nor the administrators nor the group shall be liable for situations leading to any
injury, loss, damage or death.
6. Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL)
6.1 I acknowledge that this event is a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the
potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused
by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of
other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials and
event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to
participants, but are also present for volunteers and other crew. I hereby assume all of the risks of
participating and/or volunteering in this event. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or
carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, or because of their possible liability
without fault.
6.2 I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained to be a participant in the event and have not
been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
6.3 I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL) form will govern my actions
and responsibilities at the race.
6.4 In consideration for permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my
executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, Release and
Discharge (Event Organiser), its members, event volunteers and event participants, from any and all
liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, lost income, or any other
losses, costs or actions of any kind which hereafter may accrue to me by virtue of my training for this
event, my participation in this event or my travel to or from this event; (B) Indemnify and hold harmless the
entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other
individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions during this event.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury,
accident and or illness during this event.
I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed.
6.5 I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by (Event
Organiser), its members and volunteers.
6.6 (Event Organiser) does not provide medical facilities or insurance coverage for injuries that occur at
the race. The costs related to those injuries are the responsibility of the individual participant.
6.7 This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent
permissible under applicable law.
I (in case of a minor to signed by parent/ local guardian) hereby certify that I have read this document;
and, I understand its content.
