BIB EXPO Date:- Saturday, March 23rd 2024

BIB EXPO Timing:- 12:00 PM – 05.00 PM 

BIB EXPO Venue:- Tau Devi Lal Stadium (Parking Area), Panchkula, Haryana

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:-

 a. To collect your Kit, show a soft copy of confirmation mail at the BIB Counter.

 b. Those who cannot come to collect their BIB may send someone to collect on their behalf along with a written authorisation and confirmation mail to the participant. 

 c. We encourage you to visit the Expo to check out the Route Map, Start and Finish Venue and to meet pacers and fellow runners. 

 d. Please carry any Government Approved ID Card as a proof of "Date of Birth" and Identity.

- *100 KMS SOLO RUN*
  - *Time:* 04:30 AM to 06:30 PM
  - *Cutoff Time:* 14 hours
  - *Eligibility:* Minimum age of 18 years

 

- *12 HOURS SOLO RUN*
  - *Time:* 05:30 AM to 05:30 PM
  - *Eligibility:* Minimum age of 18 years
 

- *6 HOURS SOLO RUN*
  - *Slot 1:* 5:15 AM to 11:45 AM
  - *Slot 2:* 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM
  - *Eligibility:* Minimum age of 18 years

 

- *3 HOURS SOLO RUN AND RELAY*
  - *Slot 1:* 05:00 AM to 08:00 AM
  - *Slot 2:* 08:15 AM to 11:15 AM
  - *Slot 3:* 11:45 AM to 02:45 PM
  - *Slot 4:* 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM
  - *Eligibility:* Minimum age of 18 years

Participants can choose slots based on availability until filled. Once selected, slot changes won't be accommodated. 🕒
