No Refund Policy for DECATHLON KOTA GRAND OPENING RUN/RIDE - Once you have registered for the DECATHLON KOTA GRAND OPENING RUN/RIDE, there will be no refund.

CityWoofer is only a service provider (Ticketing Platform) and is not in any way responsible for the delivery of the event.

CityWoofer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.

Waiver Statement:

I Affirm and State that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee, and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims, or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/or misrepresentation made herein.
 

By attending or joining the run and ride, you agree to the following:
