* Please Note : When you come for a T-shirt and Bib (chest No.) Collection, Please Must Bring the photocopy of your Registration Confirmation mail or you can also show the same on your Smartphone.
Also note if you're sending your friend or relative to collect a race kit on your behalf, they will have to show registered participant's ID proof and registration confirmation mail.
* Rules : Collection of BIB is Mandatory for the Run.
1. There is No Bib (Chest No.) & T-shirt Collection on the Race Day, Because on Race Day there will be a big rush of participants and it would be a very difficult task for you to stand in a long queue to collect your BibNumber !
2. For Outstation Runners- You can collect your T-shirt & Bib (Chest No ) on Race day (Open Air Theatre ,Holding Area )also from 5:00 to 5:30 am.

🚘Car Parking area : will be available on Huda ground , Parking Area . Volunteers will guide you to the parking area. There is no parking in the holding area.
Please note that there is no Award distribution For Age Categories winners on Race Day.
🏆Please Note : Only 3km Top 3 Runners will get Award On Race Day And Age Categories winners will get Award Next Sunday in the morning at the Decided Address which will be updated in advance.

Rules & Regulations :
1. Please do not litter the route. We will have dustbins all along the route.
2. Runners will get the Finisher Medal, Energy Drink & Refreshments after finishing their running.
3. . Event Photos, Race Result & Timing Certificate download after 2 days from the event date. Participants will get race result website & photos link on their E-mail ID & Universal Runners Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/universalrunners28/
4. Participants need to be at least 5 years old for the 3km run , participants need to be at least 8 years old for the 5km run .
5. Participants need to be at least 12 years old for the 10.55 km run
6. Participants need to be at least 18 years old for the 21.1 km ( HALF MARATHON )
7 . Baggage Store Counter will be there on Race Day.
8. The Parking Area will be there.
9. (Chest No.) Bib No. and the T-shirt Collection is not Available On Race Day for local Runners.
10. Bib Number & T-shirt Collection Date, Venue & Timings details will be updated After Closing Registration, Participants will get mail also.
11. No refunds of registration amount or transfer of registration.
12. Please call for an ambulance or aid if you ever do feel dizzy or unsteady
