Half Century Ride

“Save “Green World” for someone who cares to protect it". This event is specially organized for encouraging the Cycling activity to create a Pollution-free green environment and a healthy life.

(A) Virtual Event Details-

1. Event Name – Half Century Ride
2. Venue – Virtual Event
3. Event Date and time – Sunday, 19th December 2021 (4 AM to 9 PM)
4. Last date of registration – Sunday, 19th December 2021 before 3 AM

(B) Virtual Event Description:

1. Once you register for the event https://www.citywoofer.com/e/half-century-ride. You will get a confirmation message or booking id on your registered email-id by backtopedals.
2. Participants can RIDE a distance – 50 KMs (Half Century)
3. Please ensure that you are cycling the distance chosen by you.
4. We consider indoor cycling activities as a part of this event. However, your indoor activity must be share a screenshot with activity link.
5. Participants must finish their activity before the time line mentioned in Virtual Event Date and Time details. Participants must finish their activity before 9 PM. However, the event attempted at times apart from the time window of the event will not be considered for evaluation.
6. At the end of the event date and time as mentioned, Data shall be verified and official results will be published thereafter. The actual distance covered and activity time will be mentioned in the finisher E-certificate.
7. Back to Pedals has the right to reject you, if found any fake activity or discrepancy in activity data.
8. All participants will receive E-certificates with their covered distance in this event.

10. As per your wise, If possible once event completed you can tag your activity in our Facebook and Instagram page. i.e. @backtopedals

(C) Activity record details-

1. If possible, use strava application or any other activity tracker application.
2. Other apps. & strava users can share their screenshot also or activity link to our email id i.e. backtopedals@gmail.com on your completion of every activity on the same day.

• For Android Phone users – Open strava app – find profile icon – Top right corner you will see share icon – click it and copy your strava profile id.

(D) Terms and Conditions:-

1. Who can join the event: - Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Please be noted – HELMET is mandate for all cyclist and water for hydration are COMPULSORY on every RIDE.
3. Make sure you shall not violate any government rules & regulations. You need to follow all the rules of local authority regarding the lockdown and need to maintain social distancing during the event. Avoid group ride, public gatherings and crowded areas.
4. BACK TO PEDALS is not responsible for any incident during the event.
5. There will be no flag off or inauguration takes place before the event.
6. Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
7. Acrylic Badge/Medal ticketed participants will receive their Acrylic Badge/Medal at any distance completion level of this event.
8. The Acrylic Badge/Medal ticket buyers must fill the correct postal address and before submitting the form buyer should ensure filled all details are correct because we send your reward in courier/parcel/registered post.
9. Acrylic Badge/Medal achievers will be communicated with postal reference number to track the parcel.
10. The Acrylic Badge/Medal will be delivered to you within 10 to 40 days period.
11. As a Participant Rs.99/- ticket buyers will get only Finisher E-Certificate and E-Badge only.
12. As a Participant Rs.250/- ticket buyers will get only Acrylic Badge, Finisher E-Certificate and E-Badge only.

14. Waiver Statement: I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated cycling/running/walking event. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
