One Race SuperSikh Run is a Sewa inspired professionally managed multi city running event which encourages participants to serve themselves by adopting a healthier lifestyle and inspire others around them to lead a healthier life. We have had Six successful editions in Delhi since 2016. The run made a debut in Punjab in 2016 and since then we have had 4 editions of the run in Sri Anandpur Sahib during Vaisakhi and we had the inaugural Chandigarh edition last year in November 2021.
 

One Race SuperSikh Run is coming to Jalandhar in 2022 and the inaugural edition is scheduled for 9th October 2022.
 

One Race Jalandhar has the following distance categories to select from:

  • Half Marathon
  • 10KM
  • 5KM
  • 5KM (Non Timed)

 

How to win Hero Electric Scooter

 

The coveted HERO ELECTRIC OPTIMA HIGH SPEED SCOOTERS worth INR 75,000 each, will be won by the HALF MARATHON OPEN CATEGORY WINNERS - MALE AND FEMALE. Price of scooter may vary from state to state.

 

CUT OFF timings to be eligible for this prize for MALES : 1 hrs 15 Mins / FEMALE S: 1 Hrs 27 mins.

To qualify to win the Scooter :

  1. You have to be 18+ years on October 9, 2022, and a resident of India.
  2. Date of Birth Proof and Address Proof  (original documents ) is mandatory to claim the prize. 
  3. Winner should produce a Govt Approved ID card (Aadhar or Passport) in original to be claimant to be the Provisional winner on Race Day
  4. Scooter will be delivered within 12 weeks of the Race by our partner Hero Electric
  5. RTO taxes, insurance and other levies on Hero Electric Optima shall be borne by the respective winners.
  6. Scooter cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. To ensure that the timing is recorded, the runner must cross all the timing mats provided at various locations.
  8. GUN TIME will be used for OPEN CATEGORY winner in Half Marathon ( While for AGE CATEGORY winners CHIP TIME will be considered)
  9. In order to qualify for prizes, do not exchange your bibs, the entire race is video graphed and this may lead to disqualification
  10. Winners need to be PERSONALLY PRESENT to collect the scooter and the prize cannot be collected by proxy by any family member or coach.

  11. The winner will photographed at time of scooter delivery wearing the Hero Electric ONE RACE Race Day tee.

Terms and conditions
 

By registering and participating in the above mentioned event, you acknowledge and accept that:
 

1. You possess the necessary skill set, endurance and fitness levels for participating in the event.

2. You do not suffer/ have suffered from any medical condition that necessitates that you should not or 
ought not to participate at such an event.

3. Road Running has inherent risk of bodily injury whether internal or external (viz extreme dehydration,
stroke due to exertions or extreme case of allergy) which may be grievous, resulting in partial or total
disability and even death. You, personally assume all the liability/ies arising out of any injury, damage or
loss from your participation and shall not hold the organizers/ administrators of (Event Organiser) liable
for such injury, loss or damage.

4. All medical and/ or rescue operations shall be pro-bono and on best efforts basis. Race participants
have been explained the inherent risks of participation.

5. Neither the organizers nor the administrators nor the group shall be liable for situations leading to any
injury, loss, damage or death.

6. Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL)

6.1 I acknowledge that this event is a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the
potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused
by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of
other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials and
event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to
participants, but are also present for volunteers and other crew. I hereby assume all of the risks of
participating and/or volunteering in this event. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or
carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, or because of their possible liability
without fault.

6.2 I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained to be a participant in the event and have not
been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.

6.3 I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL) form will govern my actions
and responsibilities at the race.

6.4 In consideration for permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my
executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, Release and
Discharge (Event Organiser), its members, event volunteers and event participants, from any and all
liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, lost income, or any other
losses, costs or actions of any kind which hereafter may accrue to me by virtue of my training for this
event, my participation in this event or my travel to or from this event; (B) Indemnify and hold harmless the
entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other
individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions during this event.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury,
accident and or illness during this event.

I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed.

6.5 I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by (Event
Organiser), its members and volunteers.

6.6 (Event Organiser) does not provide medical facilities or insurance coverage for injuries that occur at
the race. The costs related to those injuries are the responsibility of the individual participant.

6.7 This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent
permissible under applicable law.

I (in case of a minor to signed by parent/ local guardian) hereby certify that I have read this document;
and, I understand its content.
