SATURDAY, MARCH 4, 2023 - FESTIVAL OF HUMANITY BIB EXPO
Timings: 10.30 AM to 5.30 PM
Venue: PHOENIX MARKET CITY, Whitefield Main Road

To collect your bibs show a soft copy of confirmation mail at the Bib counter
If you cannot collect your bib in person, you may send a representative to collect on your behalf along with a written authorization and copy of the booking confirmation email.
BIBS AND RACE KITS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED ON RACE DAY.
It is a rewarding experience to visit the ONE RACE FESTIVAL OF HUMANITY Expo and check out the route map, start and finish venue and meet pacers and fellow runners. Pre Run camaraderie means a richer race experience that is memorable. You also get to meet our wonderful partners at the Expo
THE ONE RACE SEWA BOX OF KINDNESS will be available near the stage area, for you to drop in new or gently used shoes, running gear or clothes that can be donated to young adults supported by Super Sikh Foundation. In case you are donating shoes, please tie the laces together and staple a small note for the unknown person who will receive your gift. Little acts of kindness can touch lives in remarkable ways.

TIMINGS :
Venue gate will open at 5:00 AM
Half Marathon Start Timings: 5.45 AM onwards (one loop)
10 KM Start Timing: 6.15 AM onwards
5 KM RUN Start Timing: 7.30 AM onwards
Assembly time is 45 Minutes Before each START TIMINGS
Runners need to LINE UP at the START GATE 10 minutes prior to their Race Flag Off Time mentioned above
ASTER HOSPITAL, ONE RACE MEDICAL PARTNER WILL ENSURE ADEQUATE MEDICAL SUPPORT, WITH DOCTORS, PHYSIOTHERAPIST, AMBULANCES, AVAILABLE TO ASSIST ANY INJURY OR MEDICAL DISCOMFORT.

RACE CUT OF TIMINGS ARE AS FOLLOWING:
HALF MARATHON - 3.5 Hours
10 KM - 2.5 Hours
5 KM - 2.00 Hours
You will be guided by route markers and volunteers through out the track. To ensure your timing is recorded, you MUST cross ALL timing mats on the route.
The Timing Certificate (Soft Copy) will be available for runners who have completed their run within the cut off time. The Link to download your certificate will be shared within 24 hours of the race.Please watch your mailbox for the link !
GUN TIME will be used for OPEN CATEGORY winners in Half Marathon, 10 KM & 5 KM. The coveted HERO ELECTRIC OPTIMA HIGH SPEED SCOOTER worth INR 75,000 is the prize for HALF MARATHON OPEN CATEGORY WINNERS - MALE AND FEMALE.
All applicable taxes, insurance and other levies on Hero Electric Optima shall be borne by the respective winners. Scooter cannot be exchanged for cash.
For AGE CATEGORY winners CHIP TIME will be considered.
In order to qualify for prizes, do not exchange your bibs, the entire race is video graphed and this may lead to disqualification
OTHER INFORMATION
There will be HYDRATION STOPS every KM on route
Fully equipped ASTER HOSPITAL ambulances will be stationed on the route
TOILETS are available at the venue and on the route
There will be a BAGGAGE COUNTER at the holding area to keep your belongings. However, we are not responsible for any losses and for this purpose we recommend not having anything valuable or fragile in your bag including keys and mobile phones

Parking facilities will be available near the NICE Road Toll gate on Race Day

PHOTOGRAPHY:
There will be 6 FLASHBULB Photographers on route and in the holding area. Please make sure you spot a photographer and get your best shot. Link to Race photographs will be shared after 2 days of the event
Finishers Medals will be available near the Finish Line and hope you will enjoy the wholesome breakfast and hydration.
PRIZES
OPEN CATEGORY WINNERS IN ALL 3 RACE CATEGORIES WILL BE ANNOUNCED AND FELICITATED ON RACE DAY AT 9.30 AM.
NO OTHER PRIZES will be awarded on Race Day.
Age category winners will be sent a winners medal & a token of appreciation by courier within 8 weeks of the run, after completing age and identity verifications.
LASTLY, please invite your friends and family to join in to cheer you along the route or the finish line. They are most welcome to join us on Race day and we do not restrict entry of families accompanying runners.

Hero Electric ONE RACE Half Marathon is a multi-city event for participants to compete professionally with opportunities of participating in ONE RACE Community Service SEWA initiatives through the year. ONE RACE is inspired by the philosophy of equality, humanity and good deeds. The name is inspired by the slogan - ONE RACE, HUMAN RACE. With a global following, the ONE RACE is loved by people from all over the world for its inclusivity, oneness and 'Sewa' inspired approach.
After establishing itself as one of North India's Favourite running events, ONE RACE is ready to embrace Namma Bengaluru in the true spirit of inclusivity and oneness. The Half Marathon will make its debut on March 5, 2023 at Nice Road.
The Race will be flagged off by GUL PANAG Actress and Fitness Enthusiast along with MAJOR DP SINGH, Kargil Veteran and India's first Blade Runner.

With an unparalleled emotional connect, ONE RACE running events have ushered in a running revolution that has helped to redefine, the ‘fit body for a fit society’ paradigm in India
ONE RACE has presence in NEW DELHI, GURUGRAM, CHANDIGARH, JALANDHAR, SRI ANANDPUR SAHIB and is making its first foray in the south with the running capital of the country - BENGALURU
REM Sports has a commendable track record of conceptualising and executing several successful running events in India. These events have elicited the participation of the highest calibre of athletes, as well as large public interest and attendance.

Terms and conditions
By registering and participating in the above mentioned event, you acknowledge and accept that:
1. You possess the necessary skill set, endurance and fitness levels for participating in the event.
2. You do not suffer/ have suffered from any medical condition that necessitates that you should not or
ought not to participate at such an event.
3. Road Running has inherent risk of bodily injury whether internal or external (viz extreme dehydration,
stroke due to exertions or extreme case of allergy) which may be grievous, resulting in partial or total
disability and even death. You, personally assume all the liability/ies arising out of any injury, damage or
loss from your participation and shall not hold the organizers/ administrators of (Event Organiser) liable
for such injury, loss or damage.
4. All medical and/ or rescue operations shall be pro-bono and on best efforts basis. Race participants
have been explained the inherent risks of participation.
5. Neither the organizers nor the administrators nor the group shall be liable for situations leading to any
injury, loss, damage or death.
6. Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL)
6.1 I acknowledge that this event is a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the
potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused
by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of
other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials and
event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to
participants, but are also present for volunteers and other crew. I hereby assume all of the risks of
participating and/or volunteering in this event. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or
carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, or because of their possible liability
without fault.
6.2 I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained to be a participant in the event and have not
been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
6.3 I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL) form will govern my actions
and responsibilities at the race.
6.4 In consideration for permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my
executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, Release and
Discharge (Event Organiser), its members, event volunteers and event participants, from any and all
liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, lost income, or any other
losses, costs or actions of any kind which hereafter may accrue to me by virtue of my training for this
event, my participation in this event or my travel to or from this event; (B) Indemnify and hold harmless the
entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other
individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions during this event.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury,
accident and or illness during this event.
I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed.
6.5 I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by (Event
Organiser), its members and volunteers.
6.6 (Event Organiser) does not provide medical facilities or insurance coverage for injuries that occur at
the race. The costs related to those injuries are the responsibility of the individual participant.
6.7 This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent
permissible under applicable law.

and, I understand its content.
