LONDON MARKET

Hi!

Forget any trashy preconceptions you had about animal print - zebra and leopard are back in a big way for Autumn’2018, as seen on the catwalks of Victoria Beckham, Calvin Klein, Givenchy, Balenciaga, and Tom Ford. To avoid straying into Kat Slater territory, keep the rest of your outfit pared-down & team with flats. Leopard-print coats and leopard-print shoes will undoubtedly be the two most prevalent ways this trend presents itself on the high street.

Some of the key looks for the new season will be showcased in advance in October at ‘London Market’, with the chief of the tribe found within the huge array of animal prints. If you aren't wearing leopard, zebra, cow or snake prints within the next few days, you’ll be missing out.

This first major trend is an indicator of what's to come for the rest of the year: things are looking loud, shiny, touchy, feely. You could say it's an ‘always on’ approach to getting dressed.

Perhaps you'll update your somber autumn looks with a pair of bright-red knee-high slouchy boots or a crystal hairclip that gets everyone in your circle wanting to copy you immediately.

There are some more literal takes on '70s fashion on the runways, but the way it will affect your personal style is via the color brown. From Fendi's beige-and-chocolate monogrammed clothes and accessories through to Chloé's entire ode to every possible shade in this spectrum, brown is definitely looks to be the new black.

If brown just feels too, well, down for you, then take solace in a much lighter, brighter range of dusky, powdery blues. Designers have adopted this traditionally more summery hue for the winter months by using it for trouser suits, heavy coats, and cozy knits.
Brush up on the standout takeaways from the Spring 2018 season, and prepare for an eye-catching wardrobe this year that's actually remarkably comfortable.

Whoever you are, whatever you’re into, find clothes that highlight your best you.

'London Market' looks at the top trends this Festive Season, as seen across New York, London, Milan, Paris & Indian fashion weeks. Before you know it, September has arrived, and ‘WE’ will ensure you're 100% ready with realistic, really enjoyable trends to try out...

Welcome to London Market!!!
