DEVILS CIRCUIT SEASON 2022-23
 

1. I confirm that I am over 16 years of age and all the information provided by me during registration is accurate and true.

2. I understand that the Entries to the Maruti Suzuki Arena Devils Circuit are personal to the applicant, entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any runner who competes with another person’s bib number will be disqualified. Both runners will be subject to disqualification from the race.

3. I understand that no refund can be given if the race is canceled or postponed due to circumstances outside the race organizer’s control.

4. I understand that the race organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel applications, including duplicate applications, or alter the date of the event, the venue, or the obstacles.

5. I understand that Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd or any of its affiliates will not be responsible for any loss or damage of my personal belongings whether inside or outside the venue during the event.

6. I understand that Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd or any of its affiliates, contractors, or partners of the event, will not be liable for any injury, loss, or expense which may arise in consequences of my participation in this event.

7. I understand that all runners, including me, are required to digitally sign the Maruti Suzuki Arena Devils Circuit waiver form which I will receive on my individual email id. (For participants under 18 years of age, I will have to submit the hard copy of the waiver form, counter-signed by the parents)

8. The running bib & venue access wristband allotted to participants by the organizers is non-transferable.

9. I understand that any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of me captured during the event, its affiliated entities or contractors, and/or the media become the sole property of Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd. I grant the right, permission, and authority to Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd and its designees to use my name and any such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to promoting advertising, and marketing activities. I further understand that Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd and its designees have the full right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses

10. I hereby acknowledge that I understand the nature of the Event and am aware of the risks involved in participating in this event. I am aware and understand that the Company has not given any warranties (expressed or implied) about, including but not limited to, the safety and fitness of use of the goods, equipment, and obstacles being used for the event and that any warranty in this regard has been disclaimed.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER

• In furtherance of my consent to participate in the Event (Devils Circuit), I agree to and undertake the following as directed by the Company (Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd):

• The running bib &venue access wristband allotted to me by the organizers is non-transferable.

• I hereby acknowledge that I understand the nature of the Event and am aware of the risks involved in participating in this Event. I am aware and understand that the Company has not given any warranties (expressed or implied) about, including but not limited to, the safety and fitness of use of the goods, equipment and obstacles being used for the event and that any warranty in this regard has been disclaimed.

• I accept that taking part in this event contains certain inherent risks. I agree to participate in the Event entirely at my own risk and accept that the event organizers are not liable to me for any loss, damage, claim, expense, injury or accidents which may arise during the course of the event, in any manner whatsoever. I will participate in the Event with care and attention and abide by the instructions of the Company, its personnel and any other authorised representative designated by the Company. I remain solely responsible for my own property and actions.

• I understand the importance of intimating the Company of any medical or special needs which may restrict my participation in the Event. I confirm that I have no such medical or special needs and am fully capable of participating in the Event.

• I accept that the organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage of my personal belongings whether inside and outside the venue during the event.

• I am in good health and have no medical condition, which may in any way interfere with my ability to participate in the event and my participation in the Event will not affect my good health and well-being.

• The Company or any of its affiliates, contractors, or partner of the event, will not be responsible for my death or any loss, injury or damage which I may sustain during the Event.

• If at any point during the event or after the event, I require urgent medical treatment, I give my permission to the paramedics/medical authorities at the event venue and the clinic associated with the event to administer such emergency treatment, including administering anesthetic, as they may consider necessary in such circumstances.

• At any point during the run, if it is found that I have transferred my allotted Bib to another/unregistered runner, both I and the person running on my bib will be liable to disqualification from the event and shall be evicted from the track. Also, in such a case, I will be liable to take complete and total responsibility of any unforeseen injury or mishap to the unauthorized participant who runs in my place.

• I am 18 years or above in age and I am fully competent to understand this consent form; and I and my successors and assigns or any person claiming under me agree with and undertake the above. For a participant of age 16-18 years, Guardians consent is compulsory and consequently, my guardian/parent has countersigned this form

• I understand that any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of me captured during the event, its affiliated entities or contractors, and/or the media become the sole property of Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd. I grant the right, permission and authority to Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd and its designees to use my name and any such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to promoting, advertising, and marketing activities. I further understand that Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd and its designees have the full right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of such photographs, motion pictures, recordings and/or likenesses.

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd for any losses, claims, damages, costs suffered by it as a consequence of relying upon my above statements.

• I understand & agree that the Company would not be held responsible for damage or loss of any valuables which I may bring to the event.

• I understand that I am under no obligation to attempt any obstacle I find challenging. I may miss as many obstacles as I like, and I understand that this will not hamper my getting the medal at the finish line

• That the Company reserves the right to decline to accept or retain me in the Event at any time should my actions or general behaviour impede the operation of the Event or be detrimental to the rights or welfare of the Event, any person or me. Similarly, if my conduct violates any policy or procedure of the Event, I understand that I may be required to leave the Event at the sole discretion of the Company.

• The right is reserved by the Company, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Event or any aspect thereof if the Company determines that any person is or will be in danger if the event or any aspect thereof is continued.

• This undertaking cum Indemnity Bond shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
