PUNJAB WINTER HALF MARATHON 2020 (Upcoming Marathon in Chandigarh and Punjab region)

- 21KM Warrior Run (Timed Run).
- 10KM Spirit Run (Timed Run).
- 5KM Cool Run (Timed Run).
- 3KM Fun Run (NonTimed Run).
Age Categories: Event is open for all Indians (Men, Women, and Children) in the open category. The minimum age limit is 10 years for 5 Kms, 12 years for 10 Kms and 15 years for 21 Kms.
Race Start Timings:-
- 21 Km Run (Timed Run) : 06:00 AM
- 10 Km Run (Timed Run) : 06:30 AM
- 5 Km Run (Timed Run) : 06:45 AM
- 3KM Fun Run (NonTimed Run) : 7:00 AM
Timings will be uploaded on the event website within 24 hours of the race completion.

Note:- No BIB or T-Shirt will be given on Race Day. Please collect it on 25.01.2020. If someone else is collecting your BIB, Please authorize him/her along with your ID Proof.
Running Instructions for Punjab Winter Half Marathon 2020:-
- Have a light breakfast before you leave your home.
- If you are not well, DO NOT RUN.
- If you start feeling unwell while running, STOP and tell people around you.
- If someone asks for your help, help first.
- At the start of the run, avoid running fast, you should be able to talk with your running companions.
- Your Bib must be put on your chest on your T-Shirt, and not on your back.
- Wearing of the Bib is compulsory.
- You will get water, energy drink, and energizers all along the route. Please pause and re-hydrate. Drinking water is important.
- If at any point you feel uncomfortable, reduce your speed and ask for help.
- Participate in the warm-up session before the race.
- At the end of the race, take time to relax and enjoy the remaining part of the event. Before you leave, make sure you are feeling absolutely fine.
- Listen to the volunteers along the route and follow instructions.
- Use the toilet as soon as you reach the venue.
- After the finish of your race, do not stop immediately. Cooldown and drink enough water so that you have to use the toilet at least once.
- Have a good night sleep on Friday and Saturday, do not stay up late.
- Do not litter the Route, please.
- Don't forget to have fun! Have fun, smile, show good sportsmanship.
- There are photographers on the road so smile!!!

Security Instructions for PWHM 2020:-
- Half Marathon is at 0600 hours and 10 Km is at 0630 hours / 5Km is 0645 hours. Be in time because the entry will close at 0530 hours and you will not be allowed to Run even if you have a Bib.
- Please bring a Government-issued Photo ID or Armed Forces ID along to BiB Expo for identification to collect the Kit
- Keep your belongings safe at the Baggage Counter.
- You should be over 15 Years of age to participate in Half Marathon, above 12 Years of age to participate in 10 Km and above 10 Years of age to participate in 5 Km Marathon.
