Dear Marathoner
We are pleased to announce that “RUN INDIA VIRTUAL MARATHON 2021” will be organized by Vgosh Events and Entertainment.
Everything you need to do is to enroll take part and run anywhere across India.
The starting line for our official race will be at 6:00 AM on 06th June 2021 according to the Indian Standard Time (IST).
Once you have completed your race you will be required to submit your data (name and phone number) to our e-mail with race proof (screenshots from the respective device).
The results will be revealed on the 20th of June 2021 via the website Facebook page Instagram email and SMS.
From June 20th, 2021 onwards medals and e-certificates will be delivered.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Participants engage in the “RUN INDIA VIRTUAL MARATHON 2021” event at their own risk and are solely free to select a safe running route.
2. “RUN INDIA VIRTUAL MARATHON 2021” disclaims all liability for any accidents or injuries sustained while participating in the event.
3. When running in low-light conditions participants should wear high-visibility clothes and exercise caution around traffic or when running off-road.
4. Children are welcome to contribute to the “RUN INDIA VIRTUAL MARATHON 2021” event but they must always be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult.
5. By entering the “RUN INDIA VIRTUAL MARATHON 2021” event you agree that we may contact you to confirm your entry and to keep you up to date on the status of your order in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. After completed your virtual race you must send a picture of your run details to vgoshevents@gmail.com.
7. We believe your team spirit is noteworthy and the knowledge you send is valid. The runners will be disqualified if any suspicious results are detected. Once the result is announced there will be no changes.
8. Top 3 will be rewarded with Trophies Medals and E-Certificates.
9. Top 10 will be rewarded with Medal and E-Certificates.
10. All the Participants will be rewarded with E-Certificates.
