Ticket Details-

Just Rs.59/- only - Only finisher E-Certificate and E-Badge.

Just Rs.249/- only - Only Acrylic Medal, finisher E-Certificate & E- Badge.

Virtual Event Categories- Ride distance Categories - 15KMs, 20KMs, 30KMs, 50KMs, 75KMs and 100KMs

Virtual Event Description-

1. Once you register for the event in https://www.citywoofer.com/e/season-spring-march, you will get a confirmation message or booking id on your registered email-id.
2. Please ensure that you are cycling/running the distance chosen by you.
3. We consider indoor cycling/running activities as a part of this event.
4. Since the event is in flexible time type, it can be fulfilled at any time during the above mentioned event date and time slot. However, the event attempted at times apart from the time window of the event will not be considered for evaluation.
5. Participants must finish their activity before the time line mentioned in Virtual Event Date and Time details. Participants must finish their activity before 9 PM.
6. Back to Pedals has the right to reject you, if found any fake activity or discrepancy in activity data.
7. At the end of the event date and time as mentioned, Data shall be verified by organizer.
8. Activity link submission is MANDATORY via email i.e. backtopedals@gmail.com (NO - Exception Allowed)

Activity Record Details-

1. If possible, use STRAVA apps. (OR) any Other apps. & Strava users can share their screenshot also or activity link to our email id/ WhatsApp mobile number i.e. backtopedals@gmail.com and +91 9944810101 on your completion of every activity on the same day.
2. Other application (or) whatever app you used to track your activity that app. activity link must be share on the same day of event.

How to get strava profile I’d- For Android Phone users – Open strava app – find profile icon – Top right corner you will see share icon – click it and copy your strava profile id.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Please be noted – HELMET is mandate for all cyclist and water for hydration are COMPULSORY on every RIDE/RUN.
3. Make sure you shall not violate any government rules & regulations. You need to follow all the rules of local authority regarding the lockdown and need to maintain social distancing during the event. Avoid group ride, public gatherings and crowded areas.
4. Participants must finish their activity before the time line mentioned in Virtual Event Date and Time details. Participants must finish their activity before 9 PM.
5. In case of a participant filling incomplete/incorrect information at the time of registration, the organizer will not be held accountable for any delay in delivery of parcel/courier etc...
6. BACK TO PEDALS is not responsible for any incident during the event.
7. There will be no flag off or inauguration takes place before the event.
8. Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
9. All participants will receive E-Certificates with their covered distance and time in this event.
10. Acrylic Medal ticketed participants will receive their Acrylic Medal at any distance completion level of this event.

12. Waiver Statement: I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated cycling/running/walking event. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.

1. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. In case of any dispute the final decision will be taken by the organizer.
3. Organizer and its associates take no responsibility for any participant throughout the event.

1. Who can join the event? -Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Where we can Ride/Run? - You can choose to ride/run anywhere on any route you prefer.
3. Shall I get refund or transfer my ticket to any other? – No, Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
4. When can we get the Acrylic Medal /Medal /Mini Acrylic Badge? – Within 10-40 days post event by postal/parcel services.
5. How can I track my parcel? - Acrylic Medal /Medal /Mini Acrylic Badge achievers will be communicated with postal reference number to track the parcel.
6. How to get E-Certificate? - You can download E-certificate from your Google link within 3-7 days of the event and also we share you the Google link to download your E-certificates.
7. Which applications Ride/Run to use? - You can use any apps like Strava, Google Fit, Garmin Run-keeper, Nike Running or whichever you are using.
8. Is there any delivery charges for courier in India? – No, there is no delivery charges inside India.
9. By what time shall I complete my Ride/Run? - Participants must finish their activity before the time line mentioned in Virtual Event Date and Time details. Participants must finish their activity before 9 PM.
10. Is there any messaging group for this virtual event? – No, Not only for this event. Usually, we don’t create any WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, hangout, telegram, SMS or any other messenger applications to communicate in group/broadcast messages.
