Event Name – Two Pedals Thrill

Event Description:

"Save “Green World” for someone who cares to protect it". This event is specially organized for encouraging the Cycling activity to create a Pollution-free green environment and a healthy life.

Event Date and time – Sunday, 1st August 2021 (5AM to 9PM)

Last date of registration – Saturday, 31th July 2021 before 11 PM

Event Description:

1. Who can join the event: - Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Once you register for the event in https://www.citywoofer.com/e/two-pedals-thrill, you will get a confirmation message or booking id on your registered email-id.
3. Participants can RIDE a distance - 5KM, 10KM, 30KM, 50KM, 75KM and 100KM.
4. Please ensure that you are cycling the distance chosen by you.
5. We consider indoor cycling activities as a part of this event.
6. Since the event is in flexible time type, it can be fulfilled at any time during the above mentioned event date and time slot. However, the event attempted at times apart from the time window of the event will not be considered for evaluation.
7. Back to Pedals has the right to reject you, if found any fake activity or discrepancy in data.
8. At the end of the event date and time as mentioned, Data shall be verified and official results will be published thereafter. The actual distance covered and activity time will be mentioned in the E-certificates.

Activity record details-

1. Challenge is simple: RIDE as per your target, Record it in STRAVA apps. We’ll collect your data from your STRAVA PROFILE ID.
2. Participants have to use STRAVA. Other app. users record the distance and time of your activity and we demand to send screen shot to us.

For Android Phone users – Open STRAVA app – find profile icon – Top right corner you will find share icon – click it and copy your STRAVA profile id.)

For iPhone users – Login STRAVA website in computer and on the top right corner you find your DP image – inside that click “My Profile” option - You will find your profile id in the address bar. Like this - https://www.strava.com/athletes/63808162

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Please be noted – HELMET and water for hydration are COMPULSORY on every ride.
3. Make sure you shall not violate any government rules & regulations. You need to follow all the rules of local authority regarding the lockdown and need to maintain social distancing during the event.
4. Avoid group ride, public gatherings and crowded areas.
5. BACK TO PEDALS is not responsible for any incident during the event.
6. There will be no flag off or inauguration takes place before the event.
7. Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
8. All participants will receive E-Certificates with their covered distance in this event.
9. Medal ticketed participants will receive their medals at any distance completion level of this event.
10. E-Certificate and E-Badge will be delivered to your mailbox within few days after completion of event. Medal achievers will be communicated with postal reference number to track the parcel.
11. The Medal will be delivered to you within 30 - 40 Days after the event is completed.
12. As a Participant Rs.60/- ticket buyers will get E-Certificate and E-Finisher Badge only.
13. As a Participant Rs.399/- ticket buyers will get Medal, E-Certificate and E-Finisher Badge only.
