BIB Collection Details:-
Date: 26th March 2023, Saturday

To collect your race kit, please have soft copies of the below documents on your phone:
○ Registration Confirmation Email & SMS.
○ ID Proof.
* The above documents are mandatory. The race kit will not be issued without verifying the same.
* Those who cannot come to collect their BIB may send someone to collect on their behalf along with a written authorization and confirmation mail to the participant.
* Request your co-operation in making the process smooth.
* Please note that BIB and Race Kit will not be distributed on Race Day.

Reporting Time: 30 Mins prior to the Flag-Off Time.

● 3rd Avenue and 4th Main Road
NOTE:
● Please carry any Government-approved ID Card as proof of "Date of Birth" and Identity.
● We advise participants not to bring any valuables things in the event.
● Management will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables.
● Individuals without a BIB will not be allowed inside the race venue.

Refund Policy-
- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.
