World Heritage Day –

The World Heritage Day 2021 theme is 'Complex Pasts: Diverse Futures'. It is decided by the International Council on Monuments and Sites every year. ICOMOS wants people from various religious backgrounds to set aside their differences and come forward and spread the message of solidarity. As of July 2021, 19 of the 36 States and union territories of India are home to World Heritage Sites, with Maharashtra having the highest number of sites (5). At present, there are 40 World Heritage Sites located in India.

“Save “Green World” for someone who cares to protect it". This event is specially organized for encouraging Cycling activity to create a Pollution-free green environment and a healthy life.

Venue & Activity Time –VIRTUAL and “on every event day” activity time is from 4:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Event Date – Monday, 18th April 2022 (4 AM to 9 PM)

Last date and time of registration – Monday, 18th April 2022 before 09 AM

Virtual Event Description-

1. Once you register for the event at https://www.citywoofer.com/e/world-heritage-day, you will get a confirmation message or booking id on your registered email-id.
2. Please ensure that you are cycling/running the distance chosen by you.
3. We consider indoor cycling/running activities as a part of this event.
4. Participants must finish their activity before the timeline mentioned in the “Details of the Virtual Event”. Participants must finish their activity before 9 PM on the event date.
5. Submit your Activity on WhatsApp/email below, i.e. +919944810101/ backtopedals@gmail.com.
6. Back to Pedals has the right to reject you if any fake activity or discrepancy in activity data is found.
7. At the end of the event date and time as mentioned, Data shall be verified by the organizer.
8. Activity link submission is MANDATORY via email i.e. backtopedals@gmail.com (NO- Exception Allowed)

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Attendee or Participant must read all Frequently Asked Questions.
3. Please be noted – HELMET is mandated for all cyclist and water for hydration are COMPULSORY on every RIDE/RUN/WALK.
4. Make sure you shall not violate any government rules & regulations. You need to follow all the local authority rules regarding the lockdown and maintain social distancing during the event. Avoid group rides, public gatherings and crowded areas.
5. Participants must finish their activity before the timeline mentioned in the Virtual Event details.
6. In case, Participant filled incomplete or incorrect information at the time of registration, the organizer will not be held accountable for any delay or non-receiving in delivery of parcel/courier etc...
7. BACK TO PEDALS is not responsible for any incident during the event.
8. There will be no flag-off or inauguration that takes place before the event.
9. All participants will receive E-Certificates with their covered distance and time.
10. Medal or Acrylic Medal ticketed participants will receive their Medal or Acrylic Medal at any distance completion level of this event.

12. Waiver Statement: I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated cycling/running/walking event. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.

1. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Where we can Ride/Run? - You can choose to ride/run anywhere on any route you prefer.
3. Shall I get a refund or transfer my ticket to any other? – No, Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
4. What If I’ll incomplete my distance selected by me? –E-Certificate and E-Badge will be issued with a completed distance.
5. Medal or Acrylic Medal ticketed participants will receive their Medal or Acrylic Medal at any distance completion level of this event.
6. When can we get the Acrylic Medal /Medal /Mini Acrylic Badge? – Within 10-40 days post-event by postal/parcel services.
7. How can I track my parcel? - Acrylic Medal /Medal /Mini Acrylic Badge achievers will be communicated with postal reference numbers to track the parcel.
8. How to get E-Certificate? - You can download E-certificate from your Google link within 3-7 days of the event and also we share the Google link to download your E-certificates.
9. Which applications Ride/Run to use? - You can use any apps like Strava, Google Fit, Garmin Run-keeper, Nike Running or whichever you are using.

11. Are there any delivery charges for the courier in India? – No, there are no delivery charges inside India.
12. By what time shall I complete my Ride/Run? - Participants must finish their activity before the timeline mentioned in Details of the Virtual Event. Participants must finish their activity before 9 PM.
13. Is there any messaging group for this virtual event? – No, Not only for this event. Usually, we don’t create any WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, hangout, telegram, SMS or any other messenger applications to communicate in group/broadcast messages.
